About Malibu Creative – Our Story

Born in Malibu, growing up in Wichita.

“Malibu Creative started in 2008 in Malibu, California. The success of our brand has really been in partnering with businesses, helping them with their messaging, and producing pieces from start to finish that reflect the heartbeat of their organization. In 2014, we made the pilgrimage to Wichita, Kansas, and continued to work with those clients we had established on the west coast. We moved here for family, but we weren’t totally sure how the business would be impacted by the relocation.

Then, In May of 2015, the Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce reached out to us to help capture Small Business Awards finalists. It was during one of those on-site shoots at a local shop that I really got to witness the passion that people feel for ICT. That excitement was contagious, and I ended up leaving with some Wichita swag of my own. Since then, we’ve gotten to meet so many wonderful people and experience all that this dynamic community has to offer. We are excited to be in Wichita helping great businesses tell great stories.”
